Founder and CEO

Celebrating 21 years at the helm of Stratti, Brent has seen his vision and enjoyment of building things materialize in multiple facets (time and time again). He uses his expertise in electrical architecture to design, create, and build computer systems.  His drive for providing tailored systems and an exceptional customer experience allowed his vision to become a reality when he built Stratti.

The passion for building and creating pours into all areas of Brent's life.  He has built a home, three workshops, and some unique pieces of wood furniture.  On weekends, you'll either find him working on a project at home or in his community.

Part of Stratti's mission is to be active in the local community.  Brent embodies this mission through his work with local service groups and charity organizations.  He applies his strong ability to listen and to craft unique strategies inside and outside of his organization.  As 2015 President of the Chico Noon Exchange Club, Past Chairman of the local Chamber of Commerce, board member for the North Valley Community Foundation, and volunteer for numerous other local charities, Brent leads by example in the effort to build a better community.

Dedicated executive with over 20 years of management and 17 years of technology experience concentrating in business operations, IT solutions, VoIP, strategic direction, profitability, and project management. Proven leadership skills with strength in building cohesive teams that exceed goals ahead of deadline. Passionate about leadership, service, and making a difference.

Responsible for the vision, strategy and delivery of the service, support, and project areas. Cross- functional role helping to lead: Revenue Growth, Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships and Customer Satisfaction.

Office Administrator

While our techs keep the networks running, Karen keeps things running smoothly throughout our offices providing administrative functions so the Stratti team can focus on our clients. With over 15 years’ experience in computer consulting, Karen knows her way around a network and handles our fast paced environment with ease and a wonderfully positive attitude. Karen is a native Canadian and avid Vancouver Canuck fan making for entertaining banter with fellow Stratti hockey fans. Outside of work, she loves to travel, read, and spend time with her family and (perfect) grandchild.

Dispatcher/Administrative Assistant

For those who call the Stratti offices, you’ll likely be on the receiving end of Andrea’s cheerful voice. She smoothly navigates our customer service by answering phones, greeting clients, creating service tickets, and dispatching to the Stratti team. Her day is action packed and results driven so you’ll never see her bored. Andrea’s critical thinking skills and efficiency lend well to performing her functions to the best of her ability. In her downtime, Andrea enjoys taking long walks with her faithful canine, Cassie, and hopes for another successful year for the San Jose Sharks.


Technical Staff

Our Stratti Technical Team is highly certified as Microsoft Professionals. As a Microsoft partner, we maintain certifications in Microsoft Intelligent Systems, Security, Hosting, Midmarket Solutions, Cloud Solutions, and other competencies.

Our Senior Stratti Technical Team members focus on providing system and network architecture while providing security and routing solutions that fit the client’s business requirements.

Our Support and Project Teams help Stratti clients by installing and maintaining new servers and workstations, troubleshooting issues, and most importantly, resolving any issues with software, hardware, or the network – all with a positive attitude. We love the challenge of methodically solving technical issues in the most efficient method possible.
